Deep October freeze - 2 storms = 12-18 inches of POW through Wednesday. Some higher amounts are possible.

Summary

An unusually cold air mass is currently entering Montana this morning and will continue to dive south into most of the Rockies late this weekend. Snow will proceed the front bringing moderate to heavy amounts to central Wyoming before easing into Colorado late Sunday night. A secondary cold front will usher in even colder air Tuesday-Wednesday with the chance of significant snow for the Front Ranges of Wyoming and Colorado! Total snowfall through Wednesday could be hefty along the Front Range of Colorado and Wyoming (Laramie Range)
