20 inches in 12 hours! Atmospheric River Continues

Summary

A very strong, atmospheric river is pounding the PNW with 4-5 inches of moisture. 20 inches of wet snow fell at Crystal last night, 11 at Stevens, and Baker with some resorts closing for Tuesday. The Rockies will see the remnants over the next several days in trickles of snowfall. Idaho might be deep on Wednesday.
