Summary
Conditions are improving drastically in the central Cascades with 15 inches of blower at Stevens and 8-11 at Alpental. Another strong system will pound the Cascades Monday night/Tuesday spreading east over Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, and Colorado.
