Summary
Snow, Wind, and some rising temperatures will blast the west in the next 3-4 days followed by a strong cold front. Areas of the Cascades and most of the northern Rockies will grab 2-3 feet with snow eventually reaching the Sierra by mid to late week. The trick will be to dodge the wind closures and initial warmer temps, especially in the PNW.
