Summary
The stubborn low that very slowly moved over the west is now headed for the Midwest. The next weak storm is due over the southern Rockies on Thursday with a significant storm possible for the PNW and most of the Rockies towards the end of this week into the weekend. This might be the storm we have been waiting for.
