Summary
Bundle up for Halloween with moisture and cooler temps headed to the west. The PNW will get several wet systems with generally 4-5K foot snow levels (Cooling followed by warming). Feet of snow might fall at some summits. Leftovers drag over the Rockies. Colorado might get a good Front Range I-70 Storm next week.
