Snow Saturday, then active yet complex forecast next week

Summary

On Saturday morning, snow is ongoing across the northern and central mountains and additional accumulations will occur through Saturday afternoon. The next system should bring at least a few inches from later Sunday through Monday. Then a strong and slow-moving storm should deliver the most snow to the southern mountains on Wednesday with all mountains maybe seeing additional snow on Thursday. A Friday/Saturday storm could keep snow going in the southern mountains, then we’ll look for additional snow around New Years.
