ALL COLORADO SKI AREAS ARE CLOSED THROUGH AT LEAST MARCH 22ND

Summary

To fight the spread of the COVID-19 virus, the main story is that all ski areas (lifts, food service, etc) are closed starting today, Sunday, March 15th through at least Sunday, March 22nd. Uphill skinning and riding are still available at some resorts but that policy is specific to each mountain, and the backcountry is still open. Weatherwise, we’ll see dry weather on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, then significant snowfall from later Wednesday through Thursday and a likely powder day on Thursday with double-digit snow totals.
