Windy on Monday, 2-6 inches of snow by Tuesday morning

Summary

Sunday will be sunny and dry. On Monday, the main story will be gusty winds for most of the day. Then on Monday night, 2-6 inches of snow should fall on the northern and central mountains and this means that there should be low-end powder on Tuesday morning. Looking into April, most models show mostly dry and very warm weather for at least the first week of the month.
