Wednesday morning delivers 4-15 inches of new snow

Summary

Snow fell on Tuesday and Tuesday night over the mountains as thunderstorms rumbled over the eastern plains. Now on Wednesday morning, areas east of the divide did the best with double-digit totals while amounts near and west of the divide were 4-8 inches and in some cases (much) lower than expected. Looking ahead, expect more snow May 2-4 and May 9-11.
