Snow on the peaks, a showery forecast, and upcoming events

Summary

We will stay in a period of showery weather through about Tuesday, October 4th. Any shower could fall as snow above about 11,000-12,000 feet, so the tops of our peaks will continue to get dusted. After October 4th, the forecast becomes more uncertain, though I do NOT see signs of very cold air or a lot of precipitation.
