Colorado Daily Snow

Heads up, there may be fresher snow! Read the latest Colorado Daily Snow

By Joel Gratz, Founding Meteorologist Posted 9 years ago November 15, 2014

Update: Saturday at 12-noon

The heavy snow band along the cold front is now over Berthoud Pass (dumping!) and will sag south to I-70 between about noon-1pm. The heaviest snow will be along this band, but snow will also last for many hours after the band pushes through.

My forecast from this morning is looking good. Read that here (or click the orange box below):

Have fun skiing and riding this afternoon and be prepared for travel delays or closures over the passes as the snow band moves through.

I love winter!

PS - newest model is in and it still shows light snow for Thursday and better snow next weekend (for the northern half of Colorado, at least). Way too soon to get excited, but I'm happy that after a dry couple of days next week there is more snow in the forecast.
