Snow on Wednesday afternoon
Summary
Wednesday will begin with dry weather, then a storm on Wednesday afternoon and Wednesday night will deliver a few inches of snow.
Update
Tuesday was another sunny and dry day with high temperatures in the 30s.
Now on Wednesday morning, a few clouds are starting the cover the sky.
Wednesday will begin with dry weather and temperatures rising into the 20s on the hill, then a storm will approach and snow should start by late afternoon. There could be a little bit of snow accumulation by the time of last chair.
Wednesday night into Thursday morning will bring additional snow, with totals likely in the 1-4 inch range by Thursday mid-morning. Happy Thanksgiving!
Thursday will offer soft turns, mostly dry weather, and a high temperature in the teens.
Then Friday and Saturday will be sunny and warmer with high temperatures around 30 degrees.
On Saturday night into Sunday, a fast-moving storm from the west could clip northern Colorado and deliver a dusting to a few inches of snow. I have low confidence in this forecast but it's something to watch.
Looking ahead to next week, there is a high likelihood of a storm from late Monday through Tuesday, November 29. We will wait another day or two before we start trying to figure out the amount of snow accumulation and potential powder days.
