Copper Mountain Daily Snow

Heads up, there may be fresher snow! Read the latest Copper Mountain Daily Snow

The snow report isn't up yet as I write this, but it looks like about 6 inches of total snow since midday Friday with perhaps 2 inches of that total falling on Friday night. Look for the best skiing on non south-facing slopes as the base will be the softest in these areas.

We'll see continued snow showers on Saturday, then the snow will likely take a break on Saturday night through midday Sunday. I am still not sure exactly what will happen from Sunday late afternoon through Monday morning as we might be able to get a heavier band of snow over Copper for at least part of this time, but it may stay just to the south. I'm tempering my enthusiasm just a bit, but still think we could see enough snow on Sunday night that Monday morning will be fun, especially with a softer base from multiple days of snow. I will update again, perhaps by Saturday evening, if I have more confidence in the forecast for Sunday night!
