Sunday Snow Total
The storm on Saturday night delivered 4 inches at mid-mountain.
The mid-mountain snow stake cam is below and shows an amount in line with my 3-6-inch forecast.
Sunday
Sunday morning's conditions will be fun with the new snow from Saturday night and 1-3 inches of accumulation throughout the day with a temperature in the teens.
Sunday Night & Monday
On Sunday night and Monday, snow will continue to fall. I think another 1-3 inches is a reasonable forecast with continued moisture and a favorable temperature.
Tuesday & Wednesday
Tuesday may bring light snow showers and Wednesday should be dry with a temperature in the teens.
Thursday
Thursday may bring light snow, but the storm will only brush by Colorado and I expect little accumulation. The temperature will be in the teens.
Next Storm
The next storm could bring snow during the weekend of January 11-12, though again, this storm will likely brush by Colorado, so snow accumulations could be on the lower end.
Longer Range
Colorado will likely be on the edge of the storm track through about January 16, and then starting on or after January 17, a stormier weather pattern may bring more snow.
