Sunday
Sunday will offer soft leftovers due to Saturday's snow. I expected "3-6+" on Saturday, and the mid-mountain snow stake measured about 5 inches of snow during the day. It's lovely when the snow is soft AND it snows all day:-)
This 'extra' snow on Saturday means that Sunday's conditions will be soft. Only a few snow showers passed by the mountain on Saturday night, so there won't be much fresh on Sunday morning, but conditions will be fun. Dress warmly as the temperature will range from 0-10°F throughout the day and there will be partly to mostly cloudy skies.
Monday
Monday will be partly to mostly cloudy with a high temperature of around 10°F.
Tuesday
Tuesday will be partly to mostly cloudy and warmer with a high temperature of around 15°F.
Wednesday
Wednesday will be sunny and warmer with a high temperature around 20-25°F.
Thursday
Thursday will be sunny and the warmest day of the week with a high temperature of around 25-30°F.
Longer Range
Between Friday night, January 17, and Sunday, January 19, a storm will bring cold air to Colorado. The temperature during the weekend will likely stay in the single digits, and if the storm tracks far enough to the west, there should be some snow as well, though I think accumulations will stay low-to-moderate (2-8 inches).
During the following week (January 20-24+), the temperature should warm up and we'll likely be just on the drier side of the storm track.
