Fresh snow for your powder Wednesday

Summary

The atmospheric river storm system moving into the state from Northern California continues to deliver the goods in Southern and Central Idaho for at least another day or so. Bogus Basin, Sun Valley, Pomerelle, Pebble Creek and Lookout Pass had 5-8 inches of fresh snow overnight, and 3-7 of new snow are forecast today. Temperatures are a bit on the warm side, near freezing or slightly above freezing, on Wednesday in places, and then a cold front should cool things off going into Thursday. Snow storms are expected to taper by the weekend, and sunshine is forecast Saturday-Tuesday in most of Idaho.
