Partial to full sunshine continues in Idaho through Wednesday

Summary

Skiers/riders can enjoy sunny conditions and seasonable winter-like temperatures on Tuesday and Wednesday statewide. The next storm system moves in Thursday/Friday at Schweitzer, Silver and Lookout Pass, bringing 4-8 inches of new snow, and more snow is forecast to fall every day through the President's Day holiday weekend. Sunny skies will prevail at Southern Idaho resorts through Thursday, and then Thursday night/Friday a small amount of snow is expected. On Saturday night/Sunday, a more substantial storm system could bring significant snow to the Idaho ski slopes. Snow levels are expected to remain at low elevations, and temperatures will remain on the cool side, ensuring good-quality snow.
