Rapid cool-down overnight brings a light dusting of new snow

Summary

A fast-moving cold front cooled things down dramatically Monday night, dropping 2 inches of new snow at Brundage, Tamarack, Schweitzer Mountain, Silver Mountain and Pomerelle. Temperatures fell well below freezing. More snow is coming this morning, but it's very windy at most resorts today. Big gusts over 30 mph in places. Sunshine is forecast statewide Wednesday through Christmas day.
