3-6" fresh *pow* Friday, more Saturday, clearing Sunday
Summary
A moist warm front is causing heavy snow to fall Friday morning after 2-3" fell overnight. Generally, 3-6" is forecast Friday statewide in the first of three waves of storms through Sunday. Snow totals will taper in N. Idaho for New Year's weekend, while it will continue to snow in SW and Central Idaho Sat., and bomb snow through Sun. at Pomerelle, Magic, Pebble and Kelly.
