Idaho Daily Snow
By Coleen Haskell, Meteorologist Posted 7 years ago February 21, 2017
Snowin’ and Blowin’
Summary
The active run of weather events will continue today and tonight, wrapping up with a cold front that will sweep through Idaho’s mountains by Wednesday morning. That will bring an end to the heavy, wet, and windy. A deep trough of low pressure will overtake the western U.S. with colder air spilling in from the north. This will characterize the next several days, taking us out through next weekend. Embedded in this trough will be a few weak waves that will keep the possibility of new snow in the mix, especially Thursday night.
