Summary
Thursday is shaping up to be a bitterly cold day with highs struggling to get above zero under heavy cloud cover. A weak storm will bring light snow showers and flurries on Thu as well. Fri will be cold & dry then Sat & Sun will be sunny & warmer. The pattern will turn more unsettled next week with more frequent storms expected during the first 10 days of March.
