Beautiful Thursday, then a cool and wet holiday weekend

Summary

Thursday is shaping up to be an outstanding day with sunny skies and highs in the 70s. However, a slow-moving storm system will result in cooler and wetter conditions throughout Memorial Day weekend. Friday will be an in-between day with mild temps and scattered t-storms, then Saturday-Monday will be much cooler with significant rain expected along with gradually lowering snow levels.
