Jackson Hole-Targhee Daily Snow
By Alan Smith, Meteorologist Posted 2 years ago September 9, 2022
Cooler but smoky, rain arrives next week
Summary
The September heatwave is over and cooler air is filtering into NW Wyoming with the first valley freeze of the season expected Saturday AM. The downside is that smoke has also arrived from Idaho fires and will likely hang around thru the weekend. Next week is looking more interesting as subtropical moisture arrives from the southwest, resulting in the potential for several days of wet conditions.
