Summary
A weakening area of low pressure will continue to spin off the West Coast on Tue, but we will see a lull in the pattern with mostly sunny skies early giving way to partly cloudy skies & just a slight chance of flurries. On Wed, the low will move inland with light snow developing Wed PM. A stronger storm is likely Fri but a significant warm-up will also occur with dense snow & valley rain possible.
