Light snow in the north with a new storm system this weekend

Summary

A weak storm system is giving areas of southern New York and northern Pennsylvania light snow this Wednesday. Following its passage, scattered lake-effect snow showers will form Wednesday night and through the first half of Thursday. Dry and warmer weather affect the region Friday and Saturday ahead of the next storm system bringing warmer air and rain into the region on Sunday.
