Mixed Storm, Snow to the north
Summary
A storm system arrives Saturday and brings a mix of precipitation to the northern half of the region. Initial mixed precipitation and snow will give way to rain as warm air pushes north Saturday afternoon. Snow and sleet accumulations will be 1-5 inches and freezing rain accumulations of a Trace - 0.10 inches (higher in Catskills) with strong north to south accumulation gradient.
