Storm Thursday and Friday, Snow to the north

Summary

A damp day on Tuesday gives way to clear conditions for most of the region on Wednesday, with some weak lake effect snow showers in the northern Mid-Atlantic. The next major storm moves in from the west on Thursday evening. Snow will fall in the northern Mid-Atlantic, freezing rain and sleet in the central, and rain further south.
