POW! likely in the Little Belts with light to moderate amounts elsewhere through the weekend…

Summary

A couple of big storms are passing south of us through Utah and Colorado but we’ll get some residual moisture out of them. The biggest weather event for us over the next few days will be the formation of a good size upper-level low over Central Montana that should deliver up to a foot at Showdown (closed unfortunately) with possibly 3-6" at Bridger Bowl through Saturday night. Unfortunately for the rest of the state’s resorts, just light snow with around 2-4" possible over the short term. Colder temps will also be felt starting Saturday across both sides of the Divide.
