Snowy Weekend, then a Polar Plunge

Summary

Two storm systems are expected to bring accumulating snow to the Northern Rockies beginning Friday evening. The first system is weaker and looks to bring 1 – 3” for most locations. The second, a Gulf of Alaska storm system, will move into NW Montana Sunday morning and track SE over the Divide during the day and into Sunday evening. Accumulations will vary but anywhere from 2 – 8” can be expected.
