Montana Daily Snow
By Bob Ambrose, Forecaster Posted 9 months ago February 2, 2024
Complex Storm This Weekend for the Northern Rockies
Summary
Lots going on in the atmosphere as a large Pacific trough enters the Western US beginning Friday and expands southeastward through the weekend. We’ll be on the northern flank of this but a ‘wildcard’ surface low looks to break off that will bring chances of significant snowfall across the mountains of West Central and SW MT. ‘Wildcard’ meaning the exact track of the low is still in question.
