More SW Montana Snow / Unseasonably Cold through Thursday

Summary

The dominant upper-level trough continues to keep the region unstable allowing cold temps to destabilize the atmosphere through Thursday. This trough will allow a strengthening surface low moving through South Idaho to brush the mountains of SW Montana bringing moderate accumulations Tues and Tues night at Big Sky, Bridger, and Red Lodge. High-pressure returns Friday through the weekend.
