Snowy Canadian Invasion

Summary

Areas West of the Divide have seen some impressive 2-day totals as of Tuesday morning with a whopping 23” at Lookout Pass, 14” at Snowbowl, and 11” at Whitefish. Today through Wednesday on both sides of the Divide will see a very active cycle of light to moderate snow with the passing of a Canadian cold front. Expect 6-12” at Big Sky, Bridger Bowl 4-6”, and another 8-10” at Lookout and Snowbowl by Weds afternoon. An extended period of high-pressure builds in on Thursday and lasts through Saturday night. Sunday through Monday will likely see a return of a Northwest flow and more snow.
