Montana Daily Snow
By Bob Ambrose, Forecaster Posted 7 years ago January 12, 2017
Bluebird Days, Deep Pow and Big Smiles for the next 5 days!
Summary
With Big Sky receiving 15” and most areas West of the Divide between 12-24” in the last day and a half, the skiing in the Treasure State is extraordinary right now. An extended period of high-pressure builds in on Thursday and lasts through Saturday night. Sunday through Tuesday’s forecast is unclear right now but at this point looks to be a mix of sun, clouds, and maybe a stray snow shower or two – not the potential unsettled weather we’d thought just a day ago. A break in the storm pattern is in store.
