Cold and a near miss

Summary

An Arctic airmass will settle over New England providing colder and windier conditions for mountain-side activities on Tuesday and Wednesday. A Nor'easter will pass south of New England on Wednesday night and Thursday dropping 12-18" of snow across far southern regions and perhaps 1-3" at resorts across Northern New England.
