Summary
A deep, complex system will move into New England late this afternoon with freezing rain and sleet expected for the Green Mountains and Adirondacks. Light snow accumulations are possible for central NH and northwestern ME before switching over to rain overnight. Unsettled weather and the opportunity for new snow will remain into the weekend. System #1 will affect the area Thursday into Friday followed by System #2 New Year’s Eve into New Year’s Day (Saturday/Sunday).
