Appetizer on Thursday, big storm this weekend

Summary

The PNW remains under a cold and active northwest flow pattern with another potent disturbance resulting in low snow levels and heavy snow showers on Thursday that will favor the Mt. Hood area. We'll see a relative lull on Friday, then nearly the entire region will see heavy snow from Fri night through Sat night with backside disturbances favoring Southern & Eastern OR on Sun-Mon.
