Heavy snow and low snow levels early this week

Summary

A strong storm will continue to bring heavy snow to the PNW on Monday with the focus of the heaviest snow shifting from Western Washington into Oregon and the Inland NW. Snow levels will remain low with cold air in place. A second storm will bring more heavy snow to Oregon on Tuesday. A strong storm will also arrive on Thursday-Friday but warmer air could result in sloppy conditions.
