Unsettled North Cascades, otherwise dry pattern this week

Summary

Baker and Stevens will be just on the southern fringe of the storm track Mon-Tue with light snow & rain showers at times. Aside from that, it will be a dry week for the PNW with sunny skies and spring-like warmth. A weaker storm is possible Mon 2/14, then there are at least some hints of a more favorable pattern returning Feb 17th-22nd.
