Cooling off with light snow on Thursday & Friday
Summary
Rain has changed over (or will soon be changing over) back to snow as a cold front moves across the Northwest on Thursday. Snow amounts on Thursday will be light for all areas, generally 1-4", then another storm will impact Southern Oregon on Friday with light to moderate snow. Conditions will dry out Sat-Mon, then a stronger & colder storm favoring WA is likely Tue-Wed.
