Storm expected Tuesday, but overall pattern has trended drier

Summary

Seasonally cool temps can be expected through the weekend followed by light snow/rain for the Cascades on Monday. A stronger storm will impact the entire PNW on Tuesday with the North Cascades & ID Panhandle being the most favored. OR will see lighter precip & higher snow levels. Thanksgiving is trending much warmer & drier. Storms could then return over the final days of November.
