Dry Start to the Week, Rain Wednesday and Thursday

Summary

This week will start dry as we await a major pattern shift on Wednesday, November 1st. An upcoming storm system will bring rain throughout Oregon on Wednesday and Thursday. Snow levels will stay too high to bring snow to any resort. Another storm system for the upcoming weekend could bring snow levels back into the picture.
