Cool in the West, warm in the East.

Summary

Western parts of Scandinavia is affected mostly by North flow during Tuesday and Wednesday resulting in cool temperatures and a localized storm activity on the N parts of SW Norway. Eastern parts of Scandinavia are in turn mild due to SE flow. A warm storm brings snow and mixed precip to Finland and Sweden on Tuesday. Thursday and Friday bring new storms favoring the resorts in central Sweden.
