Wet and thick followed by a spring cycle

Summary

Lingering moisture can bring trace precip to the Southern parts of Scandinavia on Thursday. During Friday and Saturday, a weak low-pressure system tracks N between Sweden and Finland bringing wet or thick snow to Northern Sweden and Finland. On Sunday a ridge of high pressure begins to build over Scandinavia and spring skiing conditions will start to establish even in the North.
