Update

This is a short update on Thursday night to let you know that the storm we are expecting on Saturday is trending stronger and that there is a very high chance that Saturday will be a powder day with 4-8 inches of snow during the day.

Before the storm, on Friday and Friday night, there might be light accumulations, in the 1-3 inch range, but this is just a bonus before the main event.

The steady snow should begin between Friday night at midnight and Saturday morning dawn and it will likely continue through the early afternoon on Saturday. It will be storm-day skiing on Saturday morning with low visibility (stick to the trees!) and free powder refills between runs. Again, I expect 4-8 inches by early afternoon.

On Sunday morning, expect clear skies and cold temperatures with plenty of leftover powder stashes.

I will have a full update on Friday morning, but I wanted to make sure to post this on Thursday night so that you have enough lead time to plan for your Saturday fresh powder day and a Sunday full of sunshine and leftover stashes of powder:-)
