Update

Snow Conditions

Thanks to over four feet of early-season snow, our snowpack is 110% of average and the natural snow depth is about 18 inches on the upper part of the mountain.

Opening Day

Lifts will begin to spin on Wednesday, November 21st! More details.

Forecast

For Monday through Wednesday, we'll see mild, sunny, and dry conditions. Daytime highs will rise into the 30s, with overnight lows in the teens on the mountain.

The first of two opening weekend storms will then begin to make its presence felt on Wednesday night and into Thursday. We'll be watching Thursday evening for periods of light to moderate snow to continue into Friday morning.

In total, our first storm will likely not be a big snow producer but we should still be looking at 1-4 inches from Thursday evening through Friday morning.

Following another break on Friday, storm #2 will target Colorado on Saturday and into Sunday. We'll need another day or two for the models to come into better agreement on the exact track of the storm but it does look stronger compared to storm #1. We'll take it!

Aim for Friday morning and Saturday afternoon and/or Sunday morning for the best chances to catch fresh turns.

Thanks for reading and check back each morning for daily updates!
