Update

Sunday

We expected light snow on Saturday night, but aside from a few flakes that I think I saw on the mountain cams, we saw no accumulation. Now on Sunday, expect lots of sunshine and temperatures rising into the 20s.

Snow Monday Morning

This storm is on track to bring snow from late Sunday night through Monday midday. Due to the quick motion of the storm, I think amounts will be limited to 2-4 inches, though we could see up to 6 inches if we get a few stronger cells. The softest conditions should be Monday morning.

Powder Thursday/Friday

The storm will bring significant moisture, which also means the possibility for significant snow. Expect flakes from Wednesday night through Friday morning with accumulations in the 4-8 inch range and maybe up to 12 inches if all ingredients come together. Conditions should become softer through the day on Thursday, and the best chance for fluffy powder will likely be later Thursday into Friday morning.

More Snow through the Weekend & Next Week

I have low confidence in the details, though all forecast models show chances for snow on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and maybe beyond, so we’ll likely have more powder days coming up. I’ll keep you posted as the details of each system become clearer.

Thanks for reading and check back each morning for daily updates!
