Dry and warmer through the weekend

Summary

The weather from Friday through Sunday will be warm and dry, and then our next chance for snow will be during the middle of next week.

Update

Thursday was a fun day on the hill thanks to the snow from Wednesday night. The weather on Thursday was chilly with a high temperature in the 5-10°F range.

Now on Friday morning, skies are clear and temperatures at the base are colder than temperatures up on the mountain.

Friday will be perfectly sunny with a high temperature in the 20s.

Saturday will be partly sunny with high clouds filtering the sunshine and a warm high temperature in the 30s.

Sunday will also be partly sunny with high clouds filtering the sunshine, and the high temperature will be a bit cooler, topping out in the 20s.

Monday and Tuesday will likely stay dry with a high each day in the 20s. A storm will track to the south of Colorado and we could see more clouds due to this storm but it is unlikely that we will see snow.

Then from Tuesday night through Wednesday night, a strong storm will track across southern Colorado. This storm will likely bring the most snow to the mountains that are to our south and to our east, and we could see just light snow from Tuesday afternoon through Thursday morning with cold temperatures (in the single digits) on Wednesday and Thursday.

After that, we will likely have dry weather from about February 16-18, and then a stormy weather pattern could return to the Rockies between about February 19-24.
