Another Mild Storm Tue-Wed, Colder Thursday, Dry Weekend Possible...
Summary
- We will see a break in the storms Monday with clouds & sun and highs into the 30s. Ridgetop winds are gusting to 50+ mph this morning, but are expected to become lighter today. - The next storm moves in by Tuesday afternoon and could last into Thursday night. Snow levels hovering around 6,500-7,000 feet through Wednesday before falling below 6,000' Wednesday night into Thursday. This storm could bring 1-2 feet of snow to the upper mountains, and several inches at lake level once the rain changes to snow. - We may see a break in the storms for the weekend of the 9th as the next storm moves south off the coast. We could just see some sun & clouds with highs in the 30's. - The storm off the coast could push inland next Monday bringing us light snow. Then a 2nd system could push in Tuesday continuing the light snow. High pressure could build in with dry weather starting next Wednesday. - We could see a drier pattern the 3rd week of March as the storm track shifts to the north into the Pacific NW. The storms are just to our north so we will watch to see if any dip farther south.
