Weak Systems Thursday - Saturday, Mild Sunday...

Summary

- A weak and system will bring rain & high elevation snow showers again Thursday into Thursday night. Snow levels around 7,000 feet, falling close to lake level Thursday night. A coating to an inch of snow possible above 7,000 feet. Highs in the 30's on the upper mountains and 40's at lake level. - Another weak but slightly stronger storm will move through quickly Friday afternoon/evening. Snow levels around 6,500 feet. We could see 1-3 inches of snow on the mountains above 7,000 feet. A final wave moving through Saturday afternoon/evening could bring some light showers with a coating to an inch of snow possible above 7,000 feet. Highs in the 30's on the upper mountains and 40's at lake level. Ridgetop winds gusting to 60+ mph Friday dropping to 35+ for Saturday. - We could see a break on Sunday with the sun returning. Highs in the 50's. - The next system could push in later Monday into Monday night, and linger into Tuesday. This system could bring several inches of snow to the mountains. - A cold trough could settle in over the West Coast Thursday through the weekend of the 13th. Several system diving into the trough could bring a chance for snow showers through the period.
